I am so proud to be apart of the growing community of professionals creating a ripple effect around the world. Health coaches listen and help you learn about yourself. We help you navigate conflicting health information to make choices based of your needs and values- not the trendy or the easy. It’s empowering to be in control of your wellbeing. Once you know how to care for yourself, you are able to help others more.


When you think about your health what comes to mind? Is there a list of shoulds, or wishes for how you want to feel, but can’t seem to make the time? Do you want to know more about how food affects your sleep patterns and how sugar can affect your body aches and mood? 


Our bodies are complicated! They are also amazing- given just a small chance, they will fight to be their healthiest.   


As a Health Coach, I guide you through a personalized program to give you the time and space to learn more about your body, so you can feel happy and healthy.  We take a holistic approach because what is off your plate- your work, relationships and home are the most important factors in creating a fulfilling life. We look at how all the parts of your life affect your health by finding root causes for concerns. The goal is to make lifestyle shifts to support your values.

In 2017, the U.S. Senate passed a Health and Wellness Coaching Recognition resolution, a commemorative piece of legislation that recognized the contributions coaches have on our society’s wellbeing. Happy Health Coaches Day!


Some coaches work in doctors offices or medical facilities to help keep patients compliant. I’m proud to offer coaching and massage therapy in my practice to emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection.
